I woke up to an air conditioning leak ( a/c in attic) which split my ceiling and was very concerned about preventing an even bigger growing problem.  I spoke to Kat from Peachy Keen who was easy to talk to regarding my problem and flexible to my needs.  She had Jeffrey assess and fix my situation as soon as possible.  He was thorough, didn't rush through the job, videoed the before and after so I would have peace of mind.  He also left the workspace clean. I had an excellent experience with Peachy Keen HVAC and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy HVAC company. From the beginning, the entire process was easy and straightforward. They were responsive, communicated clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on rather than rushing through the job or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They took the time to properly inspect the system, figure out what was causing the issue, and explain the problem in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that they answered all of my questions and walked me through the different options before doing any work. There was never any pressure, and everything was explained clearly upfront. The quality of the work was also outstanding. They paid attention to the small details, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. You could tell that they genuinely cared about doing the job correctly instead of simply getting it done as quickly as possible. A new kind of plumbing service experience. Right from the time of calling them with a plumbing issue to having a couple of technicians come over, diagnose, recommend, and estimate was lightning quick. The detailed disagnose and breakdown was one of kind, almost felt like I was at my doctors office and they were going over my lab reports :-). Peachy Keen Plumbing This backed up toilet had us crazy! It seemed every few months it would act up and threaten to make a big mess. But now it happened twice in one week. I'm no plumber, so I had to get help quick. I remembered speaking about it to one of managers for PEACHY KEEN Plumbing Co at their booth at the Parkland Farmer's Market earlier this year. A good guy and he gave off a good vibe. Easy to talk to, was very professional, straightforward and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. It was his confidence in his team that made me call and I was very happy when I finally did. From first contact thru to the appointment, to the plumber resolving this longstanding issue, I was completely satisfied with PEACHY KEEN Plumbing. Peachy Keen Air Conditioning Last week when we noticed that our home AC was blowing only hot air, we panicked!! We didn't have a AC company because we've been lucky so far. It's always so scary to deal with any house repair companies because they all seem dirty & shady. So we called around to our circle of friends and got a recommendation for PEACHY KEEN AIR CONDITIONING Wow! These folks are super! Quick answer on the phone, the rep spoke clearly and professionally and understood our urgency. It just felt right! We made the appointment and they came out as scheduled on time and prompt. The technician was clean, very pleasant & well mannered and we could understand him. He checked everything out and then took the time to explain the situation, the repair & charges. We gave the Ok and he got us cooled down and comfortable again. What a great experience! PEACHY KEEN AIR CONDITIONING turned out to be very easy to deal with, professional and NOT SCARY at all!
